*Cleaning fee will be $180 for guests that stay 30 days or longer. Guests may arrange a weekly “light clean” that includes sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, and fresh linens $40 per week. If guests choose the weekly light clean, the cleaning fee will only be the original $90 fee + the weekly $40 light clean fee.
